Rambini Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rambini platform and services. By accessing or using Rambini, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Rambini services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers, merchants, and delivery partners. By creating an account or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Rambini provides a platform connecting customers with local restaurants, food vendors, and merchants for food ordering and delivery services. We act as an intermediary between customers and merchants.
Our services include:
- Online food ordering platform accessible via website and mobile applications
- Payment processing services
- Delivery coordination and logistics
- Customer support services
- Merchant management tools
- Order tracking and notifications
Rambini reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and password
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the service
- Not share your account with others or allow multiple users on a single account
Rambini reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1. Placing Orders
All orders placed through Rambini are subject to acceptance by the merchant. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices displayed on the platform are set by merchants and may be subject to change without notice. Rambini is not responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies.
4.2. Payment Processing
Payment must be made through approved payment methods at the time of ordering. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards
- Digital wallets and mobile payment services
- Cash on delivery (where available)
- Other payment methods as specified on the platform
Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. Rambini is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing services.
4.3. Taxes and Fees
All applicable taxes, service fees, and delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order. These fees are in addition to the cost of food items.
5. Delivery Services
5.1. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on various factors including weather conditions, traffic, merchant preparation time, and delivery partner availability. Rambini is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, but we do not guarantee delivery times.
5.2. Delivery Location
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Rambini is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If you are not available to receive the delivery, the delivery partner may leave the order at the specified location at their discretion. Rambini is not responsible for orders left unattended.
5.3. Delivery Areas
Delivery services are available only in specified delivery zones. Delivery areas and availability may change without notice.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement through the platform. After this window, cancellations are subject to merchant approval and may incur cancellation fees.
Rambini reserves the right to cancel orders if the merchant is unable to fulfill the order, if payment cannot be processed, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
6.2. Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to our refund policy and merchant approval. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of policy violations or abuse.
Refunds may be issued for:
- Orders cancelled within the allowed time frame
- Items not delivered due to merchant or delivery partner issues
- Incorrect or missing items (subject to verification)
- Quality issues (subject to merchant policy and verification)
- Orders cancelled by the merchant or Rambini
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
To request a refund, contact our customer support at support@rambinifoods.com with your order details.
7. User Conduct
All users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using Rambini services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards.
Users must not:
- Misuse the service or violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes without valid cause
- Harass, abuse, or threaten delivery personnel, restaurant staff, or customer service representatives
- Use the platform for any unauthorized commercial purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the platform
- Use automated systems or software to extract data from the platform
- Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, or obscene content
- Violate the intellectual property rights of Rambini or third parties
Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Rambini platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of Rambini LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the platform without express written permission from Rambini.
The Rambini name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Rambini LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAMBINI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the service is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order in question, or $100, whichever is less.
Rambini is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items ordered, the truth or accuracy of merchant listings, the ability of merchants to fulfill orders, or the conduct of delivery partners or other users.
The service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rambini LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11.2. Arbitration
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the 'Last Updated' date.
Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the service.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rambini concerning the service.
