1. How We Collect, Use, and Share Your Personal Information
Sections 1.1 through 1.11 remain unchanged in substance; formatting streamlined, and all references corrected to "Rambini".
1.11. Other Circumstances Under Which We Might Use or Disclose Your Data
In addition to the above, Rambini may need to use or disclose your personal information for:
- Providing our Services, including to Merchants, delivery providers, payment processors, and service providers
- Completing your requests, including when using group orders
- Enabling enterprise services with your employer or university
- Facilitating Merchant reward programs
- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
- Enforcing our rights and protecting our users, property, and systems
Third parties processing your data will follow their own privacy policies. Example: Mercury processes payments (see Mercury Privacy Policy).
Rambini may also disclose information to companies we own or control, or during negotiations or business transactions (mergers, acquisitions, asset sales).
If Rambini uses or discloses information for purposes not in this policy, we will notify you and, when necessary, obtain your consent.
2. Control Over Your Personal Information
2.1. Opting Out of Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising or 'Sales' of Your Information
Under certain U.S. state laws, you may opt out of processing or sharing your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Rambini does not sell your information for money, but some disclosures may be considered "sales".

Stop promotional emails by clicking the "unsubscribe" link. Service messages (e.g., order confirmations) cannot be disabled.

Rambini uses physical, administrative, and technical safeguards. No system is 100% secure — maintain strong passwords and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
